HAVE YOU EVER CLEANED YOUR DRYER VENT? WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CLEANED YOUR DRYER VENT?

Image
Nearly 16,000 homes burn to the ground annually due to clothes dryer fires. The lint that builds up in the dryer and dryer vent is extremely flammable. It is recommended to have your dryer vents cleaned at least every 1 to 2 years.   I have personally seen the damage and turmoil it can have on a family, when something as simple as cleaning your vents can turn into your entire house burning down. It is a very sad, hurtful, and traumatic experience. Not to mention very scary for any child comfortably sleeping to be awaken to a life or death situation. So please take this message very seriously.    I will be posting a blog on how you can clean your own dryer vent soon for anyone interested. We are here to help anyone who cannot clean it themselves. We can clean your vent and help lower your dryer electric bill and help your dryer run better, especially during this time of year We clean from the dryer all the way outside, for additional information call 912-335-3140 ext 1 or visit u

Stimulus check timeline update: Payment details and status, plus-up money, IRS scorecard The IRS is currently sending the next wave of stimulus checks. Here's what to know about receiving your payment, including new details on how you'll get catch-up money if the IRS owes you a supplemental payment. Most of these payments are expected to arrive in bank accounts   on April 7,  the IRS said . However, people who  receive veterans benefits and don't file taxes  will need to wait to find out for their payment date. If your  stimulus check amount  was smaller than you  think it should be  as a result of  your 2019/2020 tax situation  and  a change to your AGI , you might be eligible for a "plus-up" payment the IRS is sending out through  direct deposit  and by mail -- you don't need to  file an amended tax form  to receive it. WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A PRESSURE WASHING COMPANY

Hello South Georgia & North Florida,   Do you have cleaning ladies who come to your home every week? Does your lawn care service or your pool guy come by on a regular basis as well? Such services do wonders for you as a homeowner. They fill in the blanks when you don’t have time to  take on the clutter  inside or all the to-dos outside. But, there’s one more thing that goes into keeping a clean house: pressure washing. Pressure washing is a great investment to plan for at least once or twice a year. This helps keep your roof in good condition, cleans your driveway, and brings a little shine back to your shutters, too. It’s absolutely necessary. You can’t just let any power washing contractors work on your home, though. You need the best people for the job – and here are a few things to look for when searching for them. PLENTY OF EXPERIENCE AND GOOD REVIEWS You probably wouldn’t want to be someone’s very first interior design client, or want to have a brand-new plumbing contractor f

Top 3 Dumpster Pad Liability Claims, And What You Can Do To Protect Your Business

Liability #1 – Parasite Infestation Dumpsters leak. And the fluids from rotting refuse collect, pool and settle into your dumpster pad concrete, creating a ripe breeding ground for fly larvae, maggots, fruit flies, bacteria and parasitic activity of all kinds and sorts. Each trip out to the dumpster is an invitation for bacteria, germs, and parasites to hitch a ride on the soles of your employee’s shoes. As your employees make their way back into your building, they carry these microscopic terrorists back into your kitchen, store-room, and servings areas -embedding themselves into and across the flooring throughout your entire business. From there, the disease carrying bacteria are transferred to other surfaces. Don't let these germ-ridden, bacteria-laden parasites and disease causing vermin into your place of business. Contact us today to have your business' dumpster pad professionally power washed.   Liability #2 – Slip and Fall Dumpster pads are wet, slimy, grimy and slipp
