The Google Guaranteed badge (“Google Guaranteed certification”) means a business must pass a Google screening and qualification process. This process includes:


Verifying a companies'  business licenses and insurance coverages

Background checks for all business owners

Background checks for all employees entering customers’ homes

Ultimately, the Google Guaranteed badge gives local customers the confidence that they are working with a legitimate, reputable company in their area.


According to Google, the Google Guarantee is meant to provide a better shopping experience for customers through the Local Services platform and includes two main benefits:


The Google Guarantee covers claims up to the amount on the job invoice up to the lifetime cap for the coverage ($2,000 maximum).

Services must (currently) be booked through Google Local Services. The Google Guarantee doesn’t cover add-on or future projects, damages to property, dissatisfaction with price or provider responsiveness, or cancellations.

  Valdosta City Schools suspends all Middle, High School spring sports Submitted Report Valdosta City Schools Mar 12, 2020           As of Friday, March 13, Valdosta City Schools will suspend all middle and high school spring athletics indefinitely following the recommendation from the Georgia High School Association (GHSA).
